SHIPPING

UK: We offer several shipping options via Royal Mail, depending on the amount you wish your parcel to be insured for.

For overseas shipments we use a combination of UPS and DHL, depending which has proved to be most reliable in your region. For an indication please see below. 

EUROPE: International courier - either UPS or DHL depending on your location.

MIDDLE EAST / AUSTRALASIA: International courier - DHL

US / REST OF WORLD:  International courier - usually UPS

Please note that if you have purchased multiple items including some ready-to-ship and some made-to-order then we will wait until all pieces are ready before shipping. If you'd like to receive them as they become available then please contact us to arrange and pay for separate shipments. 

 

DUTIES CHARGES FOR THE EU
Please be mindful that since 7th January 2021, BREXIT has passed and England is sadly no longer part of the EU. This means that if you're buying Loren Lewis Cole jewellery from the EU, you'll now have to pay an additional percentage upon delivery of your jewellery. This will usually happen by the courier sending you an email request for the duty on your purchase, in order that you will receive your item.

This is very sad for us here, as well as a multitude of small businesses within the U.K, who have enjoyed the free movement of trade for many years.

PLEASE NOTE- all the countries that were used to paying import charges for goods from the U.K will operate the same as usual vis à vis duty charges, Australia, The United States...
