RETURNS & REPAIRS POLICY
All sales are final as we operate a made-to-order set up, both in the UK and in Jaipur, India. This means human hands lovingly make your jewellery, one piece at a time.
If you're unsure of which piece you want, or need more information to support your purchase, we're always delighted to help, to assist you in buying the perfect piece either for yourself or for someone special.
IF AN ITEM IS FAULTY
If you believe the item/s you have received to be faulty, please contact us straight away with details and images of the issue so that we can arrange return for assessment.
Return postage of items with manufacturing faults will be covered by Loren Lewis Cole Jewellery up to the original shipping amount paid.
Those considered faulty due to reasonable general wear and tear or customer mistreatment will not be considered for replacement or refund.
Please consider and follow the recommended care instructions that we send with each order.
RECEIVING A REFUND
If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a repair or replacement will be issued. A refund will be issued to the same card that you used to purchase your jewellery if we cannot repair or replace the item.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
REPAIRS & REPLATING
We are working on a new schedule of fees/ warranty policy for the occasion when accidental breakage occurs or to make good after inevitable general wear and tear. Please don't hesitate to get in touch in the meantime if your jewellery needs a little love, we're here to help.
