Medicine Woman Necklace

I created this chain from a memory of visits to the dimension of Psilocybin ~ which I haven't visited for many years but those doorways are very certainly still open. I recall the fecundity and goodness of the natural world, the wildness of each blade of grass being an entire universe , full of paradox and laughter. These symbols of woman, the purity of the body, the land, and the heart that feels it all. I felt I just had to make it~ like an post impressionist painting in golden figurative form . From a distance, a golden neck adornment, lean in closer and there is wildness, animal plant and woman cavorting. You have to lean in to see the detail that's normally invisible, which was always a big message in the medicine. The message was always about woman, the body, embodiment, being HERE.- Gold plated recycled silver chain comprising 9 individually carved beings from different queendoms.

The images are an invitation to perceive with your dream nature, your deep heart. The creative mind, our deep intuitive self perceives in resonance. Sense is made from connection and feeling, from allowing the undefined to express itself in our experience.

Our ancestors used many modes of consciousness to navigate the demands of life. The symbolic, imaginal realms offer us nutrition in a time of starvation.
